MDG Berkeley is the "go to" location for windows, doors and hardware in the East Bay / Contra Costa County. Christine Thatcher assists during our design phase with detailed product knowledge; she listens to complicated detail questions and responds with design appropriate solutions. Quotations are timely; and the company's service during install is extraordinary. If any issue might arise, no matter how small, it is dealt with in a timely fashion. Mark Pearsall has developed an unique education program through the MDG that provides professionals and contractors with current product, code and business information. Their sponsorship of the Architect Cafe series throughout the Bay Area allows the community to interact with design professionals in no fee consultations.

As architects and general contractors, we use Marvin Windows and Doors almost exclusively. We have been working with the folks at Truitt and White's Marvin Design Gallery for at least 25 years. Jack Lamon, Emily Blakesly, Roger Murray, Gary Nosti, and several others are experts in the field of windows and doors who can explain every option and detail without fail. Most of the folks working in this showroom have been in the window and door field for 20 to 30 years, and are continuously educated about the latest product changes. They are pleasant, clear, honest, and thorough, and can be relied on to develop a flawless window and door order, but also to provide service after the sale.

Happy to have found Marvin Design Gallery in Berkeley. Being a Residential Designer, I rely on vendors to have great products, excellent customer service and even better pricing, and MDG has delivered. TANGERINEdesign meets with over 90 homeowners a year and a lot of them need windows. Marvin is well known in the industry, so I have every confidence in their products. A recent bathroom remodel required a new window in a not-so standard size, but MDG of Berkeley delivered with ease. I placed the order over the phone, they sent me the quote and the order was placed. The window is already installed, and the project is staying on time and budget, thanks to MDG of Berkeley!
