Imagine Kitchen & Bath

Our first time hiring a contractor for a large project. While every large remodel project is stressful and trying, Troy and his staff were very helpful, courteous, reliable, and professional. I would hire Troy's company again. We had our kitchen and both baths completely remodeled. Also, all the flooring in the house was replaced and all interior walls were painted.

This was our first total home remodel. We started our search for a contractor using the internet. After our first appointment with Troy, We were convinced that we wanted his company to provide remodeling for our home. We had about three or four planning sessions over the next couple of months. (Including "ON SITE" evaluations.) Troy was able to view our sketches, listen to our ideas and recommend options that would help us stay within our budget. Imagine Kitchen and Bath was very well stocked with a wide verity of samples and displays. At each phase, Troy would discuss with us our options, provide estimates for extra work, if needed, and provide information that allowed us to make the best decision for our budget and time constraints. Start to finish, Troy ensured the highest quality work. Overall, we are very pleased with our new remodeled home. It looks just the way we envisioned. Our remodeling update experience was very professional. Troy Mercer is professional as well as pleasant to work with. He listened to our ideas and budget limits, and suggested products that worked well within our limits. He identified termite trails in the walls of one bathroom. We called an exterminator to treat it, and work continued. Mr. Mercer supports his work, and returned to fix several problems - a hot/cold setting in one bathroom and more caulking on the shower in the other bathroom. Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with the professional quality of work done.

My husband and I have used Imagine Kitchen and Bath in Lumberton, Tx several times. We have had cabinetry done in our kitchen and baths as well as shower doors installed. When you start a construction project, one always hopes for the best, but in the back of your mind you know it will not be perfect. Well working with Mr Mercer and his crew, we experienced near perfection. The bid was accurate and fair and competitive.The job was completed with care and great craftsmanship. The crew left the house clean and neat as promised they would. We had a small drawer that was not functioning properly and Mr Mercer replaced it within in the time frame that he promised us.
