The Design Build Team

The Design Build Team of Pat Trimberger, architectural designer, and Tim Eperjese, Alpine Construction were great to work with. They are talented, patient, experienced and easy to work with. Pat delivered a design for a contemporary Prairie-style green home that is a joy to live in. He was patient, full of design ideas, accessible and responsive to my requests. I designed my home long distance before I moved from another state but Pat made the process, which can be onerous for a first-time home owner, comfortable and clear. I came to trust him implicitly. He paid attention to cost, timeliness and high quality. What more could one want?!

Pat was great to work with! He helped us every step of the design process and was patient with our questions and changes. We had a general idea of a floor plan and style of house and the design he ultimately ended up with was perfect! He was very professional and easy to work with. We knew up front what the costs of the project were and what all was included. I would highly recommend him!

After a lifetime of home ownership with my large family, (now with homes and families of their own) it became time for me to pare down. That’s when architect Pat Trimberger and Alpine Construction entered the scene, creating for me the perfect living space to connect with my daughter’s existing home. Pat came through with an inspired layout, which has allowed an easy access to my grandchildren next door, while offering me an option for privacy as well. With his idea for a large bank of windows in the living area to create a dramatic sense of space and light throughout, in addition to providing aging-in-place details, he has managed to incorporate all of my needs. Without fail, upon first entering my home, “wow” is the exclamation I hear from family and friends! It has truly been a win-win experience.

We have used Pat and his team for several projects in the past with fabulous results! Most recently we purchased a new home that needed a major kitchen and master bathroom update. Pat came up with 3 three very creative renditions for the space and with our input, came up with designs we fell in love with. We could not be more pleased with his creativity, promptness and attention to detail and would highly recommend him and his team for any size project!

My wife and I were referred to Pat and "The Design Build Team" by a mutual acquaintance for purposes of putting together plans for two planned additions to our home. Pat was extremely easy to work and very patient as we worked through designing our project (an addition) in a manner that fits our needs, achieves exterior congruency with the current design, and flows on the interior. We have shown his plans to construction professionals for bid and they have found the plans to be in great order and comprehensive. We hope to start the actual project sometime in the summer and look forward to making our dreams a reality.

We worked with Patrick on the re-design of our Chicago Tudor. We wanted to a remodel/addition, while maintaining the characteristics that were important to us and continue to fit well with the neighborhood. From the start of the project, Patrick worked to understand our goals, worked through the layout of the home, and always had great suggestions that complimented what we wanted to accomplish and those aspects we were trying to preserve. We worked through multiple iterations of the plans and landed on plans that we are excited to see come to fruition as we break ground this Spring. We highly recommend Patrick. He knows how to bring your ideas to reality.

Working with the Design Build Team was a positive experience. My husband and I have worked with the architect, Pat Trimberger, on a previous renovation and were pleased to work with him again. He was professional in the presentation of his architectural design plan and going over the anticipated budget in our recent construction project. We had a major kitchen renovation done as well as totally redoing our master bathroom. Our project began the end of December 2017 and was completed in March 2018. The finished project turned out beautifully. Many of our friends and family have been as much in awe as we are. To quote one of our friend's comment when seeing our newly renovated kitchen and bathroom "Are you freeking kidding me?!!' They were completely amazed by the transformation! We concur with her. Great job.

Pat Trimberger did a great job of tying the project into our 1938 house while giving it a modern feel. He was responsive to what we wanted while making good suggestions for improvement to our vision.

Pat and Tim (and their team) have been very helpful, insightful, responsive, and thorough during all phases of our projects. We are beyond thrilled with our sunroom and are looking forward to our kitchen project, as well as other projects that we have planned down the road.
