Everyone associated with this remodel was above and beyond expectations. the work was done quickly, with no unexpected occurrences. Mitch and his men handled all with expertise and offered invaluable advice. We were in our newly renovated home on time and underbudget. who could ask for more

Starting in 1991, Mitch totally rebuild the house we had purchased...only part of the roof stayed. The house project ended up winning the best remodel for Santa Barbara County. Since then he has done remodels to our guest house, new stables, and then in 2010 he did a major expansion for the main house to double its' former size. Over this 26 years of history, we have found Mitch to consistently perform at the highest standards. He runs only the top notch crews, many have been there since we first engaged him....that says a lot!!! Beyond his vast construction knowledge, Mitch also brings very creative thinking to design and options he feels one needs to consider before arriving at a final design. And on the rare occasion that something was not to his satisfaction, he steps in to cure the issue. On one occasion, several years later when he noticed a hidden defect....it was fixed by him without having to ask. Mitch has maintained a stable of top end sub-contractors that respond to him immediately. The duration of working with Mitch and the magnitude of projects allows me to give him my highest recommendation.

We bought out home on 6.5 acres in Santa Ynez Valley because of the location and view, the existing home was another story, Mitch Williams came highly recommended in the valley and he the first contractor I met with. I have been an electrical contractor for 39 years as well involved with high end customs majority of my professional life.
