One of the most important things about building a custom home today is the lack of vision with the builder. This builder seems to have it all , possess many qualities that are hard to find when building today. He just doesn't think about today but years down the road. He has a great vision for quality of Products the latest and greatest design ideas. As you can see we where very happy with our Lake home that Trademark built for us on Sweetwater lake south of Indianapolis about 12 years ago! We have since built a home in Colorado that I wish we could have use Trademark on because we had nothing but problems quality was poor unfortunately had to redo several things just not a good experience not like we experienced with Trademark Custom Homes. One of the things that my wife liked the most was his detailed breakout on all aspects of the building process from door knobs to color of paint to the roof style was all very thought out process..
