I have seen several of the homes Chris built and when it came time to build ours, he was the contractor we chose. Chris helped with finding an affordable architect and was there from inception to permits and all the construction. It is one thing for an architect to design, but it takes a builder to ensure it is practical and right. He has an eye for details and demands the highest in workmanship from all of his sub contractors. Our home turned out better than we imagined it and is a joy. I wholeheartedly recommend Chris.

Totally enjoyed working with Town Construction on a recent million plus dollar remodel of a commercial property in downtown Seattle. The place was a total dump when we started. After Chris got done, the place is completely fantastic. He kept it affordable even though we spent a lot of money, the value is definitely there for what we got. His subcontractors are terrific and easy to work with and he takes it very personal interest and is there all the time making sure that everything goes right. He is honesty and has integrity and follow through. It was a pleasure to work with him. He also did remodeling on my home in Woodway Washington. I have used other contractors in the past and none were as professional and smart as Town Construction. I would never use anyone else from this point forward.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of using Chris Town to complete a major, down to studs, remodel ten years ago as well as reconstruction after a large dishwasher water leak requiring us to move out for 5 months. His various sub-contractors have produced high quality results. In addition to his attention to detail, he has been easy to contact and responsive to our concerns. In both cases, we've been very pleased with the final results. It's so nice to have inspectors and friends comment on the quality of his work.
