Though a small-ish job, roof repair, sheet rocking a ceiling and window installations, this team takes a first. On time, they answer the phone (always) and the quote for cost landed on the expectations I had for the project. Also, quality people doing quality work with better insight to the problem of craft and building than most I work with.

We've had 3 significant home addition / remodeling projects, all of which were managed by a contractor. Our most recent, the stone porch project, was far and away the best experience we've had. In a project's hindsight there are always a few things you reflect back on. Quality of work - Everything they did on this project was done with care and attention to detail. We've not found anything in the months since the project was completed that we'd change. Interactions with Contractor, their employees and their subs - I genuinely looked forward to the guys showing up every day. By the end of the project we had formed friendships with most of the guys on the project and keep in touch regularly. Great guys!! Cost - "Was is worth it?" Answer: Absolutely. My only reservation in recommending Tovey-Perry 100% is that when our next project inevitably rolls around they won't have time to fit us in!! :)
