My experience with Total Design Homes was fantastic! My bathroom remodel turned out just gorgeous! From the design phase through the finishing touches I have no complaints. I have done many construction projects over the years so I knew that there would be a few hiccups that are frustrating, but completely outside anyone's control. For example, some of our tile was on back order and there were some damage to some of the cabinets caused during delivery which set our timeline back a bit. I was kept informed of everything and we scheduled around it. I really couldn't be happier!

My husband and I recently moved to Phoenix from Washington and quickly learned that outdoor time became a huge part of our daily routine. We initially hired Total Design Homes to build us a covered ramada for a sitting area but their team took it to a whole other level. They educated us on "Arizona outdoor living spaces" and what we ended up with was better than we could have ever imagined. The sitting ramada turned out to include a fridge, built-in BBQ, and a bar height counter to sit to watch the TV for entertainment. The bonus was the recessed sitting area with a firepit. We couldn't be happier with the details and outcome. Best part is they stayed within our budget and showed up when scheduled. Hats off to Total Design Homes.

I was in need of a bathroom remodel and had some ideas but I'm not very good at conveying my ideas to others or at envisioning the final results so I contracted with Total Design Homes. I love the ocean so I wanted some sort of beach feel to my bathroom tub area so I could relax and feel at back at home while living in the desert. Their team asked me quite a few questions about my ideas and somehow with the little information I provided them they designed and built me the bathroom that I have always wanted. Cynthia found this plank tile the has all the colors that I love and reminds me of the ocean with beach wood. I hope I get to add a picture on this review for everyone to see since I have a hard time explaining what my bathroom looks like. However, it's amazing and I love it!
