Stein renovation and design group is the best contractor I’ve ever worked with in my life. Starting with the first meeting to go over my remodel, Tori’s skills and abilities not only were top notch professional, but exceeded every expectation. You can tell from the first few minutes of talking to Tori about a project that she knows construction inside and out and is a talented designer. Just one of her ideas to cut a bar down to the counter it attached to changed a dated eyesore cutting up a room to a massive island perfect for cooking and entertaining. Tori’s communication skills are not only professional, but kind and compassionate. I could tell both from conversations overheard and directions posted to front door that all her subs know exactly what’s expected. She was great working out a schedule with me. We were able to start demo and the upstairs floors while I was out of town. I got daily updates by text, with pictures. Whether I had curiosity or anxiety about how things were going at home, these texts gave me both comfort and pleasure to see how things were going. Not only are her subs also top notch, but they were never late, let alone a no show. I had carpet ripped out of the entire second floor of my condo, replaced with laminate including closets and bathrooms. One room was empty of furniture, one room full. All that had to be moved and or worked around. After taking out the carpet, the subfloor needed repair. In addition, I replaced every kitchen and bathroom counter, sink and faucet, and one toilet. This was all done, from the first demo to conclusion in two weeks. Her scheduling abilities and knowledge of how long things will take and making sure all materials and fixtures are on site and ready to go was extraordinary. My expectations were exceeded every day. When she first estimated the job, the cost was more than I expected. Knowing what I know now, it was a bargain. Her contracting skill are also good and she has a very professional reasonable agreement. Don’t miss an opportunity to get an estimate from her and work with her.

Stein Renovation completed a massive renovation for us in Winter/Spring 2018. This included structural alterations, and reconstruction of a kitchen and laundry/powder room. They were all very organized and very prompt and I have a beautiful dream kitchen. I'm so happy with how it turned out, and I am happy to wholeheartedly recommend this firm.

Stein Renovation & Design Group completed a small project for us in 2018. They were very organized and kepted us informed on when people would be arriving and performing their portion of the project. If we found a problem, Tori made herself available to meet with us to hear and see our concerns. The problems were eliminated in a timely fashion or other options were presented to us to when eliminating the problem wasn’t an option. We would definitely use this firm again.

We were very pleased with our bathroom renovation. Subcontractors (plumber, electrician, tiler, painter, etc) were professional and efficient. Work site was always left clean. Communication between Hoyt, the renovation supervisor, and us was excellent. We would definitely recommend Stein Renovation and Design.

Tori Stein Rennovations is the real deal in rennovations. Tori guided us from start to finish which seemed fairly seamless. The hiccups we encountered where addressed quickly and fairly by Tori. All in all an amazing finish after such a huge project ! Thank you Tori Stein!

We first worked with Tori in 2001 on a total renovation of our home, followed by 2 or 3 smaller improvements in later years. She is just (March 2017) completing further work remodeling our entire first floor along with the upstairs bathrooms. We trust Tori completely to bring the project in on time and on budget except for unforeseen, unknowable quirks in our house that made more work necessary. Even then, her organizing and her strong relationships with her contractors minimize the time and dollar cost to us. We will always turn first to Tori whenever there is work to be done!

I have worked with Tori Stein on 6 different award winning projects on Kiawah Island, Cassique and Isle of Palms as her electrician. I can honestly say that she is one of the most organized contractors I work for. She hands us our scope of work when we first show up on job and is always a phone call away if needed. She literally is in constant communication with either myself or my service manager to make sure everything runs smooth. We usually see her daily on jobsites as well. Her attention to detail is above and beyond what most contractors show. It indeed is a pleasure working with her. AND to top it off, she pays within 2 weeks or less. Definitely one of my better contractors.

Tori is one word...AMAZING! She renovated our beach condo and her design sense, project mgt, and craftsmanship were second to none. (Her renovation later received an industry award). After the work was completed she went above and beyond to help us with simple maintenance work to prepare the condo for sale. Very pragmatic, responsive, great attention to detail (and great sense of humor) . Would love to give her more than 5 stars!

We worked with Tori on 2 different renovation projects in our home, the second project being more extensive than the first, and it included renovations both to the interior and exterior of the home. We were very pleased with the finished product, and the work was done on time and within budget and with very professional results.
