Terrible service, please don’t hire them. The worker they referred to me did a very messy job with black stains all over. Very bad and careless finishing. I painted the walls around my dinner area and all the ceiling paint (white) is now dirty and scratched as they didn’t care to protect it properly. Part of the walls with different looks and some of them with a burned look instead of cemented. Neither the worker or the company replied to me, terrible service. Now the money invested is lost and I will have to repaint it.

Un autentico desastre. Inicie con ellos un trabajo para 2 baños en abril. Fueron un succeso de trabajo mal hecho en la ducha que tuvimos que rehacer 4 veces por lo menos. Y estamos a 10 de diciembre y sigo sin poder usar mi ducha. Ningun seguimiento de Javier el comercial que se desentiende y mucha dejadez por parte de Oscar el tecnico que no ha sido capaz de terminar la ducha hasta ahora en condiciones descentes (manchas blancas del sealer, pico que dañan los pies, color apagado, bordes sucios e irregulares, etc). Un desastre y nadie me hace caso. Vergonzoso.

We have remodeled two bathrooms. Top Ciment was the perfect solution for us because it saved us the misery of demolishing: the went right on top of our old tile surface and made it into a beautiful new bathroom! I had high expectations and they lived up to them.

I recently worked with Top Ciment USA on a Commercial Showroom/office. They are professional, carrying maybe the best flooring product I've ever used. They where on time, budget and they leave the property clean and organized. If any issues occur after installation, they quickly resolve the client issues. I will definitively spec their product and installation over and over again.

Javier is true professional. He is attentive and thoughtful to the needs of the owner. He answers all questions timely, and offers creative input throughout the process. He makes improvements over the design and functionality, while always looking to save money for us. Javier was recommended to us by another happy client, and we are glad. We would not hesitate to use Javier again, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Very professional team and quality service from start to finish of exterior building repairs and painting project. Provide detailed statements of work and updated work orders. Met with City Inspectors to ensure all repairs were up to building code. Provide updates and statues as often as needed. Met deadlines and was able to stay within range of budget.
