Tony sold my in-laws' house in one weekend with multiple offers and thousands above listing price. He guided us through Berwyn's onerous selling requirements and connected us with a lawyer who even came to our house with all necessary documents. I highly recommend Tony and his team for a smooth selling experience.

We used Tony Mitidiero to sell our home. He’s definitely very passionate about what he does. And He’s extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate. He takes great pride in everything he does, even down to making sure photos of our house were professional looking. He’s bluntly honest, which could sometimes be hard to hear, but in the end he was usually right. He wanted to make sure we got the most from our house while being on the market the least amount of time. We had an offer on our house within a day and on day 5 accepted an offer for more than we were asking! In the end I felt like he was more like a friend, than our realtor.

Tony Mitidiero will always be my agent no matter what. His professionalism blew me away. From day one when I talked to him I knew we were going to find the right house. We found a house put in an offer and the took it over others! Tony and his team made the house buying process seem so easy! We closed on the house fast. Completely happy with the entire process! Tony really made my first time home purchasing experience a LOT smoother than what I feared it would've been. I always get anxious with paperwork, contracts, etc. and he made the process easier for me to handle. We had issues with the Sellers and it would've gone completely downhill if it wasn't for Tony, and his team's dedication and hard work to get the home that I fell in love with. He's a straight shooter that will give you his honest and very helpful advice to help you to the fullest. You can tell he loves his job and helping people. I HIGHLY recommend Tony to be your realtor if you plan on buying or selling a house.

Tony and his team are amazing! This is not the first time I’ve worked with Tony! Over the years he’s helped me several times from his start in financing to purchasing/selling homes. Most recently, my beautiful home in NWI. He is responsible, respectful and most importantly knowledgeable of his market(s).

Worst agent I’ve ever had to deal with! I’m a single woman. He treated me like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about. He was rude and had the nerve to come to my house intoxicated! Arrogant and demeaning!
