I had a vague idea of what I wanted my kitchen and bathroom to look like, but didn't have a clue how to make it all happen. The team at Alta came in and helped me shape the design to keep quality, whilst reducing the cost for me. With great drawings it was easy for them to get a set of tenders from builders they knew - we decided on a local builder, who was managed by Alta throughout the project. They kept me updated on progress and helped make the build phase a lot less stressful than if I'd done that myself! I'm really pleased with the great finished product, it's really lifted my apartment. The aim was to sell quickly and already the couple of estate agents I've had to value have immediately commented on the kitchen and bathroom being a real draw for potential buyers.

This was our first experience of a renovation project and at the start seemed quite overwhelming - design, planning permission, party wall agreements, structural engineers, the list goes on! Tom was recommended to us and we are so pleased he was as we would not have navigated our way through the process as smoothly without him. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, professional, (patient with our questions!) and above all just a really nice guy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.

Alta have been amazing for us; helping in the design, planning, permission, project managing and everything we've needed for our build. Tom is a pleasure to deal with; very knowledgeable, professional and good value. Can't fault these guys at all, I have a feeling we'll be doing more projects with them!
