Capstone does not send certified plumbers or electricians to do plumbing and electrical work. Hired Capstone to install a farmhouse sink which included electrical and plumbing work. Workers, which were carpenters, did an outstanding job with the cabinet work to install the sink. However, they ran into issues with electrical work. In order to resolve the situation, they FaceTimed the estimator for help. Next morning, my outlets in my brand new house were not working where the workers disconnected electrical. I notified Capstone I would be stopping payment until work was done completely according to the contract. Capstone tried to cash my check while it was stopped and charged me additional funds. I notified Tim, the owner, of the situation and stated the stop check was cancelled immediately after the electrical issue was resolved. He still would not accept a personal check and charged an extra fee. Awful customer service!

Capstone built built a beautiful addition, remodeled our kitchen and family rooms, added a fireplace, built a bunk room and built a new full bathroom for us. All of the work was exceptional! The owner and project manager were extremely thoughtful and professional and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Capstone for any project and would definitely use them again in the future.

Capstone Construction took my ordinary guest bedroom and transformed it into my beautiful nursery for my baby boy! We wanted new trim around the windows and the floors, we did not have a closet door which they were able to give us and even put in a brand new door for the room entry and they matched our expectations! Everything turned out perfect! Thank you!
