Tingey has great service and friendly technicians. Scheduling was fast, easy and accurate. After the project was finished, I called with an Sunday "emergency" and they came out at no cost (even though it turned out to be nothing). Totally worth the price

My initial contact with their office instilled a sense of comfort in that I had contacted a company with integrity. I have had them to my home on three occasions for three different purposes. Each time the technician was polite, informative, and professional. Experiences with plumbers at our previous home had already prepared me that plumbing services can be costly. What makes that cost bearable is having people in your home whom you feel are treating you with fairness and honesty.

Had an estimate and then a water heater replaced. They came same day for the estimate, were very polite, and even wore shoe covers! During the estimate, the provider provided some excellent education for me, as I asked several questions regarding the project. They were able to schedule the work within 2 days. When they showed up, they were courteous and efficient. 4 stars only because there was some miscommunication about the time that they were going to do the work. Caused me some inconvenience, but the work still got done the same day that was promised.

Tingey Plumbing were recommended by more people than any other company when I put a shout out on Facebook for a good plumber. Even though they were fully booked, because I had an emergency situation, Tingey organised to come out first thing the next morning (Sat morning, which they don't usually). Todd was efficient, quick and knowledgeable. He had some helpful advice to give for avoiding future problems. I unhesitantly recommend Tingy Plumbing.
