Tim Corrigan oversaw a complete renovation of our home. The job included both a complete rebuilding of the house as well as all of the interior design. It is hard to express in words how entirely thrilled and grateful my partner and I are with the result. Tim created a home for us that has both a high level of sophistication and warmth. He filled it with both comfortable furniture and fine antiques with the effect of an environment that has both beauty and comfort. We also enjoyed a complete collaboration with Tim, and feel that he was brilliant at translating our vision into a reality we never could have imagined was possible. The people who he had working on the project were all terrific, and we still work with many of the vendors. We couldn't have asked for more.

Timothy Corrigan was employed to do the exterior and entire interior design for a project for my family in Lake Forest IL. He was a professional in his work both with the design, dealing with the other professionals on the project, and dealing with the client, me. He finished the project on time and totally complete as in move in condition everything done and perfect and within the budget that was given to him. Tim Corrigans gift to see the entire project long before the project was on paper.....was amazing. I have worked with many interior designers but this was a special project in that Tim did it all in a way that was pleasant to everyone involved with this house and we all were sorry to see the end.....as we had so enjoyed working together. The house is incredible.....and done with impeccable taste.....and has a very welcoming and easy comfort in the beauty of the interior of the house I also used Timothy Corrigan on a recent project in the renovation and interior of a 100 year old rowhouse in Chicago. Tim mastered this process from start to finish and produced a beautiful finished and furnished house that kept the integrity of the landmark row house and yet the beauty and grace of a fully furnished and renovated beautiful home. The house is a true masterpiece that reflects the past but yet is a comfortable 2012 family home. Tim Corrigan is an interior designer with great experience and knowledge that is a pleasure to work with and keeps the integrity of a building/home and produces a beautiful space to live and enjoy.

I have been fortunate to work with Tim on two projects. My primary residence which he built and designed ten years ago and currently on a second home in the mountains. What Tim has that meets the needs of both my husband and I is a professionalism as a business person and incredible taste as a designer. We have appreciated his desire to stay authentic to the style of our homes and the lifestyle we live. We have three children (now teenagers) and wanted a beautiful home but livable and Tim created that. He also taught us so much through the process about furniture, design and even art. He was a pleasure to work with and made the process fun, stress free and ending with homes that are beautiful, tasteful, but most important for us livable.
