Always professional, and trustworthy from start to finish. The caliber of their work is A+. I have used TimeLine many times over the years, they have renovated my bathroom, installed new floors, painted, and even constructed a custom cabinet for my dressing room and an extra closet for the hallway. What impresses me the most is how everyday at the end of their work, they always clean up. Even when under construction, I have never come home to a mess. Taking the time, paying attention to sealing closets and doors when doing construction is really appreciated.

Robi and his team were a pleasure to work with- they were consistently professional, considerate, organized, clean and always wrapped up each day with an electronic summary and photos of their progress. Even during the COVID pandemic, Robi's team implemented sanitization resources and processes to ensure they were respectful of our unit and the rest of our building residents. Working under a tight timeline, Robi was able to scope out the work and costs in a reasonable and digestible format. His team never cut corners and were open to us improvising and making slight changes when we changed our mind about a design or material choice. We've had TimeLine come back to do closet installation at another property and plan to use them for additional repairs/reno work in the near term.

Robi and the team at Timeline were fantastic to work with. We’ve done many construction and renovation projects in our homes over the last few decades and have had our share of good and bad contractors. Timeline is definitely one of the best. Professional, top quality work and staff. They protect your home and furniture and clean up at the end of each day. They arrive when they say they will and don’t leave you hanging. The end result is beautiful. So far they have dropped two of my ceilings just two inches to install chandeliers where there was only concrete, and they turned a closet into a large pantry with a granite topper appliance bar. They will be back to renovate one of my bathrooms in 2020. Pricing is honest and the bills are accurate although I did ask for receipts for everything (I always do! Trust but verify.) Love working with Robi.

We hired Robi and TimeLine to open up and redo our kitchen and create an additional bedroom in our apartment, among other activities. He and his team are exceptional and extremely capable, and finished a job in six weeks that would take most peers 6+ months despite encountering a structural problem (this is not an exaggeration). He excels at handling co-op boards and the ins and outs of renovation in Manhattan. He has also continued to follow-up and help with any questions and concerns we have months after the completion of the project. Definitely hire TimeLine if you want a hassle-free, quick, and quality process!

Robi defines the word professional. We completed our first project together in January and are in the process of starting our second and third. His attention to detail and strategy, along with his hands on approach and excellent communication skills make TimeLine one of the best in the business!

I interviewed several contrators to renovate my new store. I found TLR to be the most professional starting from our first meeting. The cost of the job was clearly itemized. I found Robi to be very responsive throughout the job, receptive to my ideas and most helpful in their completion. His crew always arrived on time and the job was completed as scheduled. Having renovated two apartments in NYC in previous years to varying degrees of success, the experience I had with Robi was no less than outstanding. Robi is very professional, creative, and great to work with. He made the whole project run seamlessly, staying on budget and completing the project within the scheduled time frame. The team Robi employs are very impressive as well, their craftsmanship and attention to the smallest details excellent. The bathroom is stunning and I could not be happier with the outcome.
