Maintenance Point

We have had the worst possible service from Maintenance Point. For two years now, our work has remained unfinished despite multiple broken promises to complete the work. Communication is shockingly bad with promises to remedy faults followed by assertions that the work is 'good enough'. We have been incredibly patient, making all sorts of allowances and concessions for issues that have cropped up. It really has been a difficult and painful process. There now follows the aggravation of Court action to get the work done.
