Working with Carole from Tile Showcase was essential in bringing our bathroom design vision to life. Her assistance was invaluable as she quickly understood our preferences and suggested a range of subway tiles, accents, pencils, and trim that perfectly matched our design style. With her expertise, we were able to determine the exact amount of materials needed based on our measurements. Carole also recommended a beautiful plaid glass accent tile for an inset, which added a delightful touch to the overall design. We are grateful for her help.

Doing a renovation is not easy, especially during a pandemic. Tile showcase and Rene Yang were fantastic to work with. After wasting my time with competitors who could not deliver the product and the quantity I needed, Rene was transparent and honest about what she could and could not do. When one of the tiles I ordered was put on sale, she proactively gave me the sale price before I even asked. Delivery was terrific and quality of the merchandise exceptional.
