Tickdeeaboo will stage your home and transform your apartment or 'the bach' before your property goes on the market. Buyers love visiting well presented homes that make a statement and find homes with lots of exciting collectables and trends from all eras highly desirable. Success when selling your property encompasses de-cluttering from the inside out; from working with the clients furnishings to a full staging. Only a very small percentage of people have the ability to creatively visualise an empty space; empty floors, walls and ceilings convey a vacant emotion. When Tickadeeboo stages a house it gives buyers visualisation of living in the property and ideas for placing their own possessions to create their new home. If you are not going on the market we are also happy to help with setting up your home and personalising it to your needs. We can introduce you to exciting trinket shops or source collectables for you as well as discussing the colours and textiles through your home or in just one room. We can help with the outside of your home (i.e. a patio, balcony and garden areas) as it is important to present these areas as extra living spaces. This can enhance your Wellington property for capital gain, potential buyers or investment. Specialising in selling luxurious properties, character villas, retro architecture, new builds, show homes, a variety of apartments/town houses and holiday baches.

I have worked with Roz and her wonderful team on many occasions through my work creating videos and photography for the realestate industry - It’s always a pleasure to film in the homes they have staged - they create spaces and moods that are captivating, creative and not only film well, but they leave a lasting impression on the viewer - They have all the latest trending props and incredible attention to detail - from children’s rooms to kitchens and spaces you don’t know what to do with - this team will turn an empty shell into a stylish lovely home. They are excellent to deal with and add so much - there staging makes it easier for me because they define a look and feel that I can work with. I highly recommend working with Tickadeeboo Inside Design - with the extra $ it returns - It will pay for itself.

Roz's styling of our villa in Wellington was stunning, and it was a key factor in the huge amount of interest we had in the property, and the great sale price in the end. The design was unique, personal and visionary. The service was extremely professional and convenient - we had already moved to another city prior to sale and the team worked with our agent to get everything done. Every last detail had flair, and the team went above and beyond to ensure it was perfect. Fantastic.

Roz and her team exceeded our expectations. The quality of furnishing and decor were really impressive. Originally I was dubious about getting a home staging company , I had seen some pretty basic examples online from other companies so wasnt keen, Roz came extremely highly recommended. She came and visited our home, sent us visuals of furnishings she recommended , right down to the whiskey in the karaffe, fresh flowers, fresh basil plants in the kitchen ! wow! Roz and her team have an absolute passion for what they do. So very pleased we have used her, worth every cent.

Selling a house can be a stressful and frustrating time. You always want it to look its best and get top dollar. But sometimes when we live in a place for a long time we loose the ability to stand back and see what it could really look like. This is where Tickadeeboo comes in. Roz did such a phenomenal job of my house. It was a big, cold house and in a complicated layout. But she managed to make it look like everyone's dream house without the hideous cookie-cutter style that you see in most houses for sale. I could not recommend this company enough.

We hired Roz to stage our home for sale in April. She made it look like a million dollars. We had three offers in three weeks. Roz gave it a unique styling that enhanced it's unique features and showed it off for maximum effect. Roz was very easy to deal with and we would happily recommend her.

Roz' staging gave our house the real lift it needed after having been tenanted with areas of wear and tear. The furniture and colour Roz used helped get the house looking like a stylish and welcoming family home. We were selling our house from overseas and found Roz very attentive, advising us of the minor things we wanted to know were not in order and that other contractors had missed, so we could have the place looking its best for sale. Roz' staging was definitely worth the investment.

Tickadeeboo did an outstanding job making a quite tired 1970's house that we needed to sell look lived in and vibrant. The setting was tasteful, period appropriate, uncluttered and transformational. The selection of materials and furniture was astonishing because it reminded us of how good the house would look with care, attention to detail, a sense of humour and some flair. Great work, we are convinced the work done enabled the house to sell well above expectations

Roz and her team completely transformed a property I was selling which otherwise didn’t have a lot of good points. The photos turned out great and they attracted enough buyers to create very good competition at auction. My vendor received a great price on the property.

Quite easily the best home stager in Wellington by some margin. Roz has the ability to enhance the look and feel of your property in much the same way a good renovation or redecoration would. We have tried nearly every other staging company in Wellington and at this stage Tickadeeboo is the only place we've found with that ability.

The team at Tickadeeboo were fun to work with, accommodating and had a creative vision beyond anything we could have achieved ourselves. With their beautiful array of furnishings and objects, we feel they lifted what was a light, airy, tidy 60s house into the stylish home it had the potential to be. We were advised by our agent to use Tickadeeboo, and we believe they really made the difference.
