Love my living room drapery panels custom made by Ms. Clark! Not only did she help me with the choice of the perfect fabric and design for my windows but finished it by recommending the most beautiful wrought iron hardware to compete the overall look. The project was done in a timely manner and to perfection. I was so pleased with Ms. Clark's work, she went on to reupholster my dining room chairs and is now working on choosing my dining room window treatment!

I had the pleasure of working with Julie Clark of The Threaded Nest on one of my remodeling projects in Cambria, California. The project entailed draperies which needed to be designed to get the greatest ocean view in a limited amount of space, yet provide light filtering protection from the harsh UV rays off the ocean and provide privacy as well. Additionally, I chose a large awning stripe that had to be addressed. Julie has a wealth of ideas and experience. She was able to take all the requirements I presented to her and create a beautiful finished product in a very timely manner. The draperies were perfect, all pleated to the dominant stripe and fitted into the designated space without infringing on the view. The client was thrilled with her beautiful window-coverings. I was very nervous about decorating our new home. It was a different style from what we had in the past. I wanted to incorporate things we loved with the new style Julie did a fabulous job helping me pick out fabrics and window treatment styles that I loved and still went with our new home. Julie Clark is professional, creative, honest, and personable. She was punctual in returning texts and emails and always on time for appointments. She furnished creative ideas for my projects: fabric and wooden blind window treatments, window seat cushion covering and pillows of different designs. I didn't want to part with a favorite fabric for my bedroom, so she envisioned a totally new curtain from the fabric which beautifully updated the room.
