I chose Drew and his team to do some major renovations inside my home and build a 1 1/2 level building on my property for shop and storage. I had previous knowledge of Drew's work as he built a large custom home for one of my daughters previously. I chose Drew for several reasons: Drew and his crews do excellent work with a lot of attention to details; Drew's integrity and commitment to his customers is exceptional; and, his pricing for the work done is well worth what one pays. The crews that work for Drew reflect Drew's values of excellence and commitment to the customer. The process from design review. to choice of vendors and selection of high quality materials, and through execution met my high expectations. I would highly recommend Thomas Building to family, friends, and anyone else who asked for a recommendation.

The first time I got Drew’s voicemail I actually laughed out loud, because his message was SO upbeat! That's Drew. All the time. Add to that personable, accessible, patient, accommodating and positive, just to name a few other traits. Throughout our new construction project, Drew was on the job—HANDS ON the job, he was present for most selections (recommending cost effective options,) answered questions in great detail, was quick to return my calls, and kept the job sight impeccably tidy. His right hand man, Brett, is also of exceptional character. During our post-move punch list phase, both were quick to respond to our requests and was sure to resolve every issue in a timely manner. Both take pride in their work and take full responsibility for their subs, remaining in the know at all times. I highly recommend Drew and his team.

I picked Drew to build our home based on his professionalism and his ability to answer the difficult questions with honesty. Drew was onsite daily thru the build and explained everything in detail. Drew kept a clean work-site which made the neighbors happy. His work is of the highest quality, fair price and he met his timeline for completion. His foreman Brett is also a great guy and easy to work with. They both pay great attention to detail and respect the clients needs. Anytime I had a question or work needed to be done, they responded timely. I highly recommend Drew to anyone looking to build a home. Drew gets my strongest recommendation based on his character and quality of work.
