Excellent selection, intelligently displayed in a well-lit, very clean easy-to-shop showroom. In house design professionals with fantastic recommendations and insight. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. I have been using The Rug Merchant as my primary vendor since 2008, and have always been impressed. I would highly recommend them.

I have had the pleasure of working with the Rug Merchant & their staff for over 15 years. Their knowledge & expertise in the area of floor coverings has been an asset to me in my business and they are my "go to" for all carpeting & flooring project needs. The Rug Merchant has a comprehensive collection of products & knowledgeable staff to guide you through. Difficult installations & flooring challenges never seem to phase them and I am happy to say I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend The Rug Merchant!

I have been working with Steve and Hilary at the Rug Merchant for a good 15 years. As a decorator, it is important to be aligned with vendors that have deep knowledge of their products and a large range of design and price options. NO ONE DOES IT BETTER. No one. The showroom is organized and accessible. I highly recommend working with The Rug Merchant.
