This Company was great Call them on a Sunday for emergency call and they were at my house within 20 minutes and got the job done wiLl highly recommend this company to anyone...

I cannot comment on the work quality of this company because they never showed up. I contacted them for an emergency water heater fix, agreed upon a time, and then they did not come. They did not respond to my call or text either. I understand things might come up, but a call or text would have been helpful so I could try to find another plumber before it was too late in the day.

I have to thank JAY for coming out to my house in a very cold night when i had no heat or hot water. He made an exception and was able to fix the issue until the parts needed come in.. thanks so much will recommend jay to family and friends

I worked with Jay at the Pipe Surgeon and he was completely professional and had our issue fixed SAME DAY. He stayed in contact with me as he progressed and was very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him and his company.

Jay of Pipe Surgeon came out to my house within an hour of speaking to me on a Sunday morning. Although he couldn't get the needed repairs done that same day, he had his crew out first thing the following morning, as promised, to repair leaky valves. I did not get this type of service from my regular plumber; in fact I had contacted their 24/7 emergency line and didn't get a call back until almost 20 hours later, when Jay's crew were already on their way to fix the issue. Thanks again Jay.

that is really good service for emergency, drop my stuff in the plumber, just take five minutes, found my stuff in the plumber!!

nice guy. Helpful, friendly and overall a decent guy. I will likely use his services again for future plumbing repairs
