We had an absolutely wonderful experience with The New England Farm Table Co. Glen is wonderful to work with and is very responsive. He is very focused on creating the table of your dreams and continues to work with your throughout the entire process. He also went above and beyond to deliver the table and go over eveything with us. Wonderful experience and Im so happy to have a one of a kind table made with love. Katie

We had such a wonderful experience with The New England Farm Table Co. They've always been very responsive, and we could not be happier with our table.

Communication is sparse, but seemed quick when it came to initial payment and picking out a table setup. Upon delivery I was told to reach out should there be any issues. Table is warped after just over a year, and there has been lack of recent communication for resolution, but promises in correction when I do get a response. I continue to be the one to reach out. There have been several times I was told it would either be picked up for correction, or a new top delivered. Neither have happened, even though Glen ensured it would be done. No specific dates can be set, and wishy washy about next potential availability for correction. I certainly would not give back the table for correction, as I don't know if I would ever get it back, especially after paying quite a bit for the table and benches. I do not recommend purchasing from New England Farm Table Co.

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY. They are a sham. I have a table that is now warping and I can not get a reply from the company. I have been calling at least 2 times a week since November 2015. Table was delivered to me in June 2015.

My wife and I ordered a custom made table from Glen. Finally after several months, Glen and a friend of his dropped the table off. My wife and I were late to an event so we couldn't stay and look over the table. When we got back, I noticed the table was not the same specs we agreed on. Glen initially stated he would replace the table for a new one. Yeah right. Emails and phone calls were never answered again after that. Do not do business with this guy. Unbelievable he would do this to a veteran as I deployed during this ordeal.

We loved our table when we got it. We were raving about The New England Farm Table Co and the owner Glen. However, after 4 months of owning the table it warped. I contacted the owner and he initially responded that he would take care of it in 2 weeks and it was definitely something that should not have happened. After that initial correspondence, I could not reach him via phone or email. He has not responded to either after numerous attempts almost 2 months later. I am hoping to get a check for my money back since we can't even use the table (although originally we just wanted it fixed). It is sad that a company can operate like this and take advantage of people. I am seriously shocked as I trusted this family and let Glen into my home. Scary. **** Update as of 7/15/15 - -Glen did finally get back to us and delivered us a new table top today.

We purchased a table last fall from New England Farm Table. While we love the table, it has developed some warping. Initially they were responsive but have not heard back from them in over a month. No one answers the phone and there are no responses to emails. Not a very good way to run a business.

I purchased a farm table, corresponding bench, & a desk from The New England Farm Table Company. I couldn't be happier. They are so incredibly beautiful, and full of rich charm and character. They will be treasured for many years to come. Thank you for giving me The dining room table I have always wanted!

Working with The New England Farm Table Co. was a pleasure. They built a stunning trestle-style farm table for our dining room after we could not find any in stores that we liked. The construction is sturdy, the stain absolutely beautiful, and the wax finish not only adds a gorgeous sheen, but also is holding up very well. Every part of working with their team was a pleasure, and we will definitely be calling them again if we ever need a table!

They were exceptionally communicative until they received my deposit check for a dining table (lesson learned ALWAYS use a credit card) - after that it all went downhill. They have never returned a phone call and rarely respond to email. When they do respond to email the response is incomplete. After trying for months to get an approvable sample from them (first one was clearly for another customer) I offered to drive 2.5 hours to them to select one. I never heard back. I finally requested my deposit back so that we could both move on. No response. However, if you read their blog they have some happy customers. If you are willing to take that risk, go for it. They also have no address on their website. Thank goodness for the internet - it is the only way I am able to locate them. By the way, I was an interior designer for over a decade. I have never had an experience like this and I've worked with companies overseas. Update: I got a check in the mail for all but $25 of my deposit. My complaint with the BBB was for the wrong amount so that probably is why it wasn't the full amout. When I say a check I mean literally that is all that was in the envelope. No apology or explanation. They never answered an email and never answered the phone or returned calls. Oh well. I got a $25 lesson in Internet commerce. I'm retiring my checkbook and will always use my Visa card. Next time, if there is an issue, I'm letting the bank deal with it.
