The Natural Wood Floor Company is a family owned and run business manufacturing affordable, high quality floors, from environmentally responsible sources. Find over 100 different wood flooring designs at our Wandsworth showroom, along with a full range of flooring accessories and maintenance products. With over 20,000 square metres of stock in our London warehouse, we can generally arrange delivery within 1-2 working days. We pride ourselves on the expertise of our sales team, all of whom have been with us for at least 10 years. With their extensive knowledge of the wood flooring industry and our products, they are ideally placed to offer our customers up-to-date, accurate information and advise them on the best flooring for their projects. We understand that a wooden floor is an investment, so we design and make ours to last.

Exemplary in every way. I have received more than five years of perfect service from Kevin. What he doesn't know about wood flooring isn't worth knowing. From the lengthiest to the tiniest question, Kevin has taken the time to explain anything I needed to know about laying floors (my husband and I do all the work ourselves). Nothing is too much trouble and he always finds solutions to problems. This is the only flooring company we will ever use, which is a testament to Kevin and his team, because we are VERY fussy customers, as Kevin knows all too well by now. Yet still he smiles...

I was recommend NWF by our floor contractor and I couldn't be happier. The staff in the showroom were informative, helpful and gave us great service from start to finish. The quality of our chosen floor was the best that we came across and the price was fair. Delivery arrived on time and the drivers were as helpful as the in store sales team.

I've worked with The Natural Wood Flooring Company on a couple of recent projects (St. Paul's Church (also known as The Sanctuary) and at my neighbouring project Sanctuary House, Battersea and and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Visited the warehouse on a recommendation and they were extremely helpful and courteous. They suggested alternatives to what I originally wanted and spent a good length of time explaining the different grades/styles and laying of the flooring. I will definitely use them for my flooring when it is ready to be installed.
