I hired HomeFix Canada to gut my bathroom in my rental unit and provide some additional work on the ceiling and walls. Even though Angelo was working with a very old house, he made some amazing improvements, while staying within my budget. He discovered that he could raise my bathroom ceiling by almost 2' and moved some elements around to give some more space in the bathroom. It was a very tight spot with some pre-existing problems. In addition, my previous renter was a smoker and with some extensive research was able to complete painting the ceiling and make the unit bright and fresh. Angelo is a perfectionist and was very resourceful when doing the work I required. He transformed my old rental unit into a beautiful new home.

Hi Georgia, Thank you for the extensive and valued review given, both agreeing how the project originally was anticipated, totally different regarding what was found after demolition stage - would be an understatement. Always anticipating problem areas in any project of an older home. Not to the likes of what was found for plumbing, framing problems. Never the less, very happy with your review. Being pleased with the results is appreciated by myself and staff.

I hired HomeFix to help me with a basement restoration that had been damaged by a flood. I am in Calgary and needed help immediately as it was a rental property. Angelo from HomeFix promptly showed up at the address and began to look at the damage and make his assessment. Both bedrooms were severely damaged and needed a complete gut job. The finished product was incredible. Angelo came in on time and on budget which was so nice to see. His quality of work and expertise is apparent, and you see it in the pride he takes in his own work. Angelo also documented his progress with pictures at various stages during the repair. I know what is behind my drywall !! I give HomeFix an A++++ and would use them in a heart beat in the future. Thank you Angelo, your work is great, your service is great, and I will recommend you again and again.
