We could not be more satisfied with our experience with The Floor Konnection. When we first started looking at replacing our tile and carpet with hardwood we basically just knew the color we wanted. The owner Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and educated us on the various options in texture, size and quality of flooring available. Once we reached our decision, Daniel's team went to work. They were fast and efficient. Daniel checked in on our job frequently. He is extremely detail oriented and as such our flooring came out beautiful. Daniel takes pride in his work and it shows! The Floor Konnection installed engineered hardwood on most of our 1st floor in our house. This also included removal of tile and installation of new baseboards. My product arrived quickly and was carefully loaded into my car. Floor Konnections showroom is clean and even has a spot for a child to play if needed. Daniel was fantastic to work with, from beginning to end. He is very personable, honest, timely, and professional. I especially appreciated his patience with helping me select wood flooring, giving me clear and honest opinions as to appearance, durability and cost, and offering me packaged expert opinions from an interior decorator and general contractor for other renovations, and his customer-focused philosophy. I cannot recommend Daniel highly enough! My entire upstairs and a downstairs dining room were re-done in bamboo hardwood and I am very pleased by the efficiency and timeliness of the project, the cleanliness of the crew, and the impeccable removal/reinstallation/painting of the baseboards and installation of the wooden stairs.

Our experience with Floor Konnection was our 2nd time using their services. They are on time, excellent in their skills, professionally nice and communicative. They replaced our 35 long hallway with oak boards that were perfectly matched and stained with the abutting existing oak floors. Clean, dustless, etc. Use Daniel and his crew if you want to meet your own perfectionist standards!

Very good customer service, committed to meeting customer needs. We were not sure what product to use so they took the time to explain the different options and manufacturers. They have a great selection of products to suit any budget.

I am very pleased with the work done by Daniel and his team. To start, the staff at the store (Karleen?) were quite helpful in answering our many questions, loaning us samples, and educating us on all the different types of products on the market. Daniel and his company did a great job installing a beautiful french oak floor in our home. They bent over backwards to get the job done in time for the holidays. We love how it looks. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a large rug made out of two different colors of carpet at The Floor Konnection. In other words, I ordered a custom made dual color carpet to mirror my company's colors. The service from start to finish was awesome. I chose The Floor Konnection because a friend referred me. It was a difficult decision as they are located 90 miles from the office where the custom carpet is used. However, I was more committed to ensure a good professional job than local convenience. I'm so glad I listened to my gut and paid the delivery cost because the staff at The Floor Connection exceeded my expectations. The Floor Konnection put in our hardwood floors. Daniel had to match something we already had, and he did a great job of finding the exact match. His employees were very prompt and cleaned up every day before leaving. They were excellent to work with.
