This place is horrible stay away. I had to take them to court for installing a ravelli pellet stove improperly. Norm is rude & obnoxious and His workers are incompetent, they don’t know what they’re doing. I had to take them to court once I won the case. Norm appealed the verdict. I took them to court again, Norm showed up with an attorney this time. Again I won the case, without an attorney. The installation was not done as per code it was dangerous. They also cut electrical wires that were in my wall and they were going to put them right back in the wall. Fortunately I was watching and I saw Them do it. As of yet they have not payed the court judgment. I am telling you now do not use them you will be sorry it has been a nightmare.

Purchased a Lopi Revere wood insert from the Fireplace Factory, just over $5200 including full installation with a stainless steel chimney liner. Busy season at the beginning of December, so the installation was scheduled about a month later in January, with the exact date given. Received a call on the day before the installation and given the approximate time, and they came in and set up for the installation, bringing moving blankets to protect the area as they worked. The existing fireplace that it was being installed into had a heavy steel plate liner, which required a good amount of work to cut out for clearance to drop the stove pipe down, taking the bulk of the installation time. The two installers got it all done in four hours and gave it a test fire. Got it going and it brought the room temp up 20 degrees fairly quickly with the small test load of wood. After a follow up visit to check the seal of the pipe connection, and all looks good. It'll be nice having the auxiliary heat source for the winter, and the glass viewing door is great-

I have to say that our experience with Norm and the Fireplace Factory was exceptional! They were in and out in about four hours and left the place as clean as when they arrived. They were professional and courteous. We're going to go back next year when we are ready for our outdoor barbecue and have them set it up for us.

My husband and I went to the store in Bohemia, ny on jan 2015 to look at the wood stove. The sales man was very friendly so we decide to get the lopi. First he charge us $100 for to come in my home for consultation which on the web says free. But we didn't know at the time was free. And he also charged us a deposit of 25% which is fine. Than he schedual to come to install the following Monday. Than the co called to reschedule for the following Monday which is fine for us also. We waited that following Monday and no one show up or called. We called and left a massage which they never call us back. Than we email them and the sales person finally called us back after three or four days later said he's sorry and he was out the office and will schedual us on the following Monday again. This time he made it so promising. So we decide to give them a chance, we figure things happens. Than he call after few days later says his installer had quick on him and he will make sure this time he will have someone to come in on Thursday. He's 100% sure they will sent someone if not he will come personally install it himself and he will call us back to confirm the time. So my husband took a day off again. Once again we don't heard anything from them or anyone show up in the house. I try several times to email them to find out what time they are coming on wedsnesdsy, since I called them little after six which they already closed. But they keep rejecting my email. This is a nightmare. They keep avoiding us and they have our deposit. We have to drive over there when they open to find out what's going on since they keep avoiding us. I feel like this co takes your money and run. I would never recommand any one to use them. It's horrible, it's been over a month and 4xs they didn't show up and we wasted our days and time for waiting for them. Now my husband took an other day agin which sucks n we don't heard anything from them again. I recommand anyone before giving them any deposit to check on this co first make sure they don't do what they did to us and take your time to shop around.

I stopped in to have a look at upgrading my existing fireplace. I met a man named Mike and he was extremely helpful and had every answer to all of my questions. After doing some research and price comparison, this was obviously the best bank for my buck. They offer great financing programs and got me approved in no time. After signing my contract, the next day the main office had contacted me about a site check. Scheduled me for an appointment within a week. After the site check was finished, the next day I was on the schedule for an install. On the day of the install, the Installer came and was extremely knowledgeable, the install took no longer than 3 hours and I could not be happier with the outcome, I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for upgrading their fireplace !!
