The Alcove Man

I've been making furniture since the 1980s after initially training as a woodwork teacher. After years of running large workshops with teams of staff I am now very happy to have scaled my operation down to just myself - working from small but well-equipped premises near my home in Stockport. While still undertaking a wide range of cabinetmaking projects, I have now chosen to specialise in alcove units having been commissioned to make many over the last few years. By specialising in this way I can standardise many manufacturing processes leading to greater efficiency and so better value for my clients.
