Ted Lochner, CKD of Spotlight Kitchen & Bath

My wife and I initially found Spotlight Kitchen & Bath after a not so positive planning experience with another competing kitchen/bath remodeling company. My first encounter with Ted was when I walked in "off the street" to their showroom and proclaimed "we need a kitchen." Ted was very polite as I walked him through our plans that we now had to reconstruct because the previous company would not provide copies of what we had already planned. Ted setup a subsequent meeting in our home that very week to make all the necessary measurements and plan further. He was very thorough and he painstakingly thought through every detail, even the ones I may have overlooked. He was ever patient and listened to our every requirement to the "T" and the finished design was nothing short of stunning. For added reference, much of the remodeling was done by myself and my father, with hired professional help as required. We had already completely gutted our existing kitchen and installed new hardwood floors, so we had a blank canvas to work with. I want to add that Ted and Spotlight Kitchen were absolutely accommodating with this regard and they had awesome referral contractors when we needed them. We ended up hiring their recommended electrician, Klevis Naqe, and cabinet installer, Keith Whittaker. Being a "do it yourselfer," both were absolutely wonderful to work with and I learned a lot from both gentlemen. Keith was an exceptional perfectionist and it shows in how well the cabinets were installed. I cannot underscore enough how pleased we are with the whole experience with Ted and Spotlight Kitchen. From the planning all the way to installation stage, everything worked out amazingly. Whenever someone mentions kitchen remodeling I am always quick to recommend Ted and the team at Spotlight Kitchen & Bath. We look forward to our next project with them, the master bathroom!
