We have hired Enoch for numerous electrical, plumbing and HVAC home projects and repairs. Each time we have been very impressed with the professionalism and quality workmanship of the technicians as well as the company’s excellent customer service. From the initial service call to the follow up calls after service has been provided, the level of care one receives as a customer is second to none. Team enoch replaced my water heater. They did an excellent job and the price was very competitive. I highly recommend this company.

We bought 2 new AC units and a new waterheater about 6 months ago. We have had the A/C break 4 times already. We were told to "use it less" and they won't replace the unit. Today our water heater broke. First, we were told that they didn't install the water heater (they did). After pushback, we were told on the phone (before they even looked at the water heater) they know what the problem is and they overnighted a part. What!? We spent in the neighborhood of 15k with Enoch and NO resolve or hot water in sight. I wish we had kept the 30 year old water heater and a/c units....they still worked.

Had both my HVAC units replaced and had a great experience. They installed the systems on short notice and on a weekend. They also were much lower than the next closest estimate I received. Would definitely recommend!
