I used Shazia to remodel my downstairs. She was very slow to follow up and sometimes completely forgot to get back to all together. My kitchen cabinets were painted but immediately started chipping bad. I had to have them repaired twice and yet they still continued to chip. I do not believe they were prepped appropriately because they were not sanded at all. I emailed Shazia several times asking what she would be willing to do and she never responded at all. Now I’m forced to pay all over again to have these cabinets completely redone. Very poor customer communication and service!

Shazia is an outstanding designer! She is professional, knowledgeable and joyful. She is easy to work with and I appreciate her ability to keep clients focused and calm when they are making important decisions about their home. Shazia is creative as well as thoughtful. She is respectful of my position as the builder and understands the importance of keeping deadlines so that a project can continue to progress.
