Wow, very impressive company!!! Back in April, I decided I wanted to have our garage floor epoxied as a surprise for my husband for Father’s Day. I had one of David’s competitors lined up to complete this very time-sensitive and important job. About 10 days before they were scheduled to start that company called to tell me that they had to push out my job. Yikes! All my planning and hard work was going down the drain! I frantically started calling around to see if I could find a solid, reputable company who did outstanding work who would be able to meet my very specific and tight deadline. A client of mine highly recommended David with Premiere Garage/Tailored Living. So, I gave David a call and explained the situation. Well, David was very enthusiastic about my surprise and was sorry to hear about my experience with the other company. He said he would do whatever was necessary to make it work and he did! Given this project was at the busiest time of the year for his business, he and his crew had to work extra-long days to get the job done during my specific time frame (my husband was out of town for the four days preceding Father’s Day) and still be able to complete his existing jobs. Not only did David and his crew go out of the way to make my timeline, they also did impeccable work! Our garage floor is 15 years old and had several cracks and chips in it along with acid etching from our golf cart battery. My husband is a perfectionist and when he came home to this surprise, he was almost speechless. He could not believe how David’s team completely transformed the look of our garage and he was amazed by the fact that you could not see any of the old cracks or chips. David’s process to prepare and repair old concrete is very thorough and detailed and makes the floor look better than new! My husband does not usually get too excited about presents but this surprise present was different. He literally called all his friends and family to tell them that he just got the best present of his entire life. He even called my mom to tell her, too! That’s impressive! I cannot begin to express my deepest and heartfelt gratitude for the amazing customer service, attention to detail and beautiful work that David and his crew delivered. Thank you, David. Derek and his workers did an excellent job in preparing and finishing my garage floor with an epoxy finish. His estimate was spot on. New house and wanted a new floor in the garage with it. Was going to go with the "cheaper" $300 job, until I investigated and learned it is basically a paint job that will have to be redone within a year or two. This floor is solid. It is too clean I am walking on it with my socks and I see my neighbors looking at it enviously. Not cheap, but I think quite reasonable for the quality of the job. If you are looking for a very subtle way to add value to your home this is a very nice touch.

The weeks before moving into our "Dream House" I had to hire about one dozen sub-contractors. One item I was able to wait for was garage cabinets and used that time to obtain five proposals. One company, Tailored Living, offered a few items at no additional costs which were up-charges by others. I did appreciate that the representative was on time, confirmed appointment and was prepared. This is my third house in which I purchased new garage cabinets. The installation crew was again on time, pleasant and took all the time necessary to complete the project perfectly. Out of the dozen of sub-contractors I hired, I can confidently say I got the best quality while selecting the low bid from Tailored Living.
