Thanks you for your feedback on this job. I just wanted to clarify a couple things very quickly. The challenge on this job is we were tasked with fixing the work of another mason without getting any new material. This means we could only re-use the stone that had fallen off. This stone was cut short in areas, particularly the corners you mention. We made sure to educate our customer (in this case not you directly, but a third party) about what we could and could not do with the job without getting new material. I am sorry it sounds like this information did not make it through to you, the end user, prior to the job. I would have also appreciated a chance to speak to you about the job prior to receiving a negative review; as I was unaware we even had an unhappy customer out there. Knowing what we were working with for materials I had my installer send me pictures during the job and it looked very well done. I'd really like a chance to come down and look at the job with you in person.
