“When I design I become a giver A partner in the creation of a new universe: My clients universe Every person, every family, every community, every project is unique. ....It has to do with the house touching them emotionally It belongs to them, not to me" Susana Merenfeld Weisleder received her professional architecture degree from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Cum Laude, in 1979. In 1982, she received her Master’s Degree from Stanford University, California, in Infrastructure Planning and Management. Susana has been practicing In Venezuela, Costa Rica, Panama, and In the United States for over 25 years. She manages a small practice with personal attention to her clients. Susana has participated and received many international architectural awards, her projects have been published. Susana is an active international member of the AIA , and has recently being awarded with the BEFA – Broadly experience Foreing Architect Certificate - NCARB -The National Council of Architectural Registration Board certification

Susana provided us with concepts for an expansion project for our school. She understood very quickly our institution and was able to propose ideas that blended seamlessly with our mission and vision. Regarding Project Cost: I am not sure about the end cost of the project- as I was not involved with that.

Outstanding architect, hard working, you can rely on her expertise. She will always give her best in everything that she endeavors. She always has a positive attitude, meets her deadlines. Susana will offer you the best quotations, meeting not only you budget, but also your timeframe. I have seen her work around the world, mostly in Venezuela, and have been in both of her Synagogues. I saw the whole path from project idea to design and completion in both Costa Rica and Panama astounding projects. I have also a personal experience with her work, as she projected, managed, and finished our apartment in Florida, USA, meeting more than our expectations. I will encourage you to work with Arq. Susana Merenfeld de Weisleder without doubt and you will have a great experience, and will receive the best from her and from her work.

Susana re-du our house, her ideas, her energy and her positive attitude gave us the HOME OF OUR DREAMS. Using the correct materials for each area increase the warmth of our home I will work with her again for any new projects I may have in the future and I can recommend her with my eyes closed

Susana is a highly creative professional that is able to see the potential in any project. She's an out of the box thinker, proactive and knowledgeable. She did my house and since the beginning understood exactly what we wanted and needed. She was able to give us excellent advice on the changes needed and also forseeing additional changes based on our current and future lifestyle. She was timely and mindful of budgets. We are over-joyed with the work she did and would recommend her for any project.

She differentiates herself from other architects by creating projects that translate the client's personality, needs and taste while combining functionality and form, making every project a unique one. Ms. Weisleder is an extraordinarily gifted architect. She designed and built our family house in Caracas Venezuela, mixing beautiful lines and spaces,functionality, with cleanness of design. Every single area of the house was inviting and beautiful and at the same time served a purpose. We enjoyed that house with no limit.

We hired Susana Weisleder as an architect to design our new home in Golden Beach, FL. We have known Susana for a long time and have seen some of the work she has done in community centers. We were very well aware of her achievements but were surprised by her ability to design spaces that work for a family, She took advantage of every square feet of horizontal space as well as vertical space. Susana has the ability to create areas that make people very comfortable.

Susana Weisleder designed the home we are about to start building, and we are extremely happy with the result. The process started with a questionnaire asking all our needs and preferences.
