Crazy expensive. The pricing listed on the Swanbuild website does not match the pricing provided by team members and the difference is astronomical. At approximately $3000k per sqm these homes are ridiculously priced for the level of finish. The standard inclusions are typical of the majority of builds, vinyl flooring, stone benchtops, aircon etc. With other custom builders I have received quotes of less than $3000k per sqm and the finish is really high end and included solid timber flooring, ducted aircon, wool carpet, 2700 ceiling height etc etc.
