From the moment we walked into the studio to the completion of our master bathroom project, we were impressed with Suran’s professionalism and detail to design. Krystal was very creative and helpful and was such a pleasure to work with. Eugene’s tile work showed the perfection of old world craftsmanship. Kamil answered all our questions and put everything together. What a great group to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Suran Built!!!

We had an amazingly positive experience from start to finish with Suran Built on our complete bathroom remodel project! From the start our designer (Krystal) was incredibly valuable, creative and professional in her design options, input and recommendations! She worked with our budget to insure we got the best results for our money! Once the design was complete and approved she provided a start date. They started exactly on the target date and finished exactly in the timeline they set early on! Everyday we recieved a text as what was on the schedule for the next day. Everyone of the construction staff was polite, professional and brought an expertise to their specific construction task. They arrived promptly every morning in their Suran fleet truck with all the materials and equipment required for that day. They took great care in isolating the work area with plastic curtains and covering the nearby carpet and floors with materials to avoid dirt and damage due to workers foot traffic. Our Designer Krystal would often drop in to check that all was well and the work was being completed per her design! Kamil Suran also would stop by periodically to insure things were well and that we were satisfied. Our finished bathroom turned out amazing! Their service, workmanship and professionalism far exceeded our expectations! If there were a higher rating than 5 stars they would get it!

We couldn't be more pleased or happier with our new master bath by Suran Built. Every detail, from the initial design phase through the last finishing construction touches, was executed perfectly by the courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and skillful Suran Built team. Any questions or concerns were addressed and rectified promptly. Suran Built did an amazing job remodeling our master bathroom! Workers were courteous and kept the surrounding areas as clean as possible. They did excellent, professional workmanship! Suran is a great company to work with to do your project. Their communication skills were outstanding. Kamil the owner of the company was hands on the project. He did the final inspection to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We worked with Kate Clement as our designer. She listens to your ideas, but has great knowledge as to what will or will not work. We could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Very easy with whom to communicate. Courteous, respectful, tries to please. Good work. Came back and repaired problems. Fair with costs.
