Hired for a total remodel from out of state. When we moved into the house, several areas of the project were incomplete and nearly every aspect of the project had subpar work and deficiencies in the finish outs. Electrical issues, hazardous fixtures hung incorrectly, paint not properly administered, doors hung with half inch screws, other fixtures that didn’t match the bid… the list goes on. Then, after slowly fading away in communication (without finishing all the work or repairing incorrect and damaged aspects of the job) they send us a demand letter from an attorney for significantly more than the final bid amount …. For work that was never completed… unprofessional random sub crews and horribly managed from the owner/ GC. Avoid like the plague.

Sullins did a complete remodel of 2 bathrooms. Easy to work with. Great communication; listens to wants, makes suggestions, respects budget, knows how to add value to home. Crew professional and respectful of property. Contractor inspects crew's work as job progresses and makes fixes if needed. Highly recommend and will definitely use again! Made experience enjoyable. Sullins is much appreciated! As you can see in the pictures posted our job was long overdue! And WHAT A TRANSFORMATION!!!
