We hired Sue to help us with our kitchen and master bath remodel. We then added the master bedroom, living room and dining update. Sue is so much fun to work with and her ideas were current but classic. Sue is cognizant of the budget and knows where to stretch it to create the perfect "home".

I hired Sue to help me with my kitchen renovation. That was the best decision I made on the whole project! She brought fresh, budget conscious ideas, provided wonderful and reliable tradesmen and stayed on top of the project throughout the whole renovation. I would not hesitate to hire Sue again for future projects and cannot say enough good things about her.

Worked with Sue on redoing our master bath. She had wonderful ideas that actually saved us a lot of money. She was professional, attentive and detailed, and a delight to work with. We are thrilled with our new room.

Sue was a delight to work with and made the remodel process fun. I miss talking to her now that the project is complete! Our master bathroom and guest bathroom remodels turned out beautifully and have received many compliments. Both spaces are truly magazine-worthy. The few minor issues that came up during the project were resolved quickly. Sue is a great communicator and always follows up on calls/texts/emails within a short period of time. She is budget-conscious and I never felt pressure to overspend. I highly recommend Sue for any decorating or remodel project.

Beware! Customer service is lacking. One of her contractors actually burned our wall with a hair dryer to cover up his pencil marks. He did not fix the issue even though paint was available. I notified Sue of the issues and nothing was done. Full payment was required before all shutters were delivered. Issues with no shutter door knob cut-outs were not addressed even though it was brought up in discussion pre install and homeowner was instructed not to open the doors for two days post install. Once we discovered the degree of difficulty in everyday use of the door handles and the job was already paid, the suggested remedy was for customer to install new door hardware at customer cost. Promises were always made to make things right but with this company that was all we got-a promise to "...make this right." Paint drips have yet to be fixed. Existing hardware on previous shutters that we asked to have reinstalled on the new shutters has yet to be installed. Do not leave her subs unsupervised...just look at these pictures!!!

Incredible design insight!! Would recommend for any new project! Sue's eye for design is like no other, she can work with customers own taste or project her own.
