StudioSAF has designed numerous projects including commercial offices, medical facilities, beauty spa salons, restaurants, retail stores, day care centers and other public facilities. The firm is well known for its designs of residential projects of different types and sizes, from new custom single family homes to multifamily residential buildings. We also offer design services for complete renovations, remodeling and additions. We are experienced in historic building renovation. One of the firm's recent historic renovation projects received the Chicago Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award.

Sergei is a licensed architect. He graduated with honors, with a bachelor's degree in Architecture at the Illinois Institute of Technology, in Chicago. He worked with the leading Chicago architectural firms such as, McBride Kelley Architects/Planners,as well as Loebl Schlossman & Hackl before establishing his own practice in 2003. He holds the utmost commitment with his clients and takes pride in overseeing the projects even after completion
