Rodrigo and his team just get it! As a contractor, finding the right design team can be a mission (contractors and designers tend to butt heads). Rodrigo and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park for my family's new home in Coconut Grove. They captured everything thatwas on our wishlist and did it in an effective and efficient manner, which means savings and no unecessary costs. We are in love with the final product and the design is completely our style. The team was responsive and super accomodating to our millions of requests (again having to work with a contractor doing his own house is no easy task!). Love the home we have now but can't wait for our next project together!!!! Cannot recommend enough!

Rodrigo and his incredible team are so great to work with! They put so much consideration into the renovation and design process, guiding us through every step and suggesting some innovative concepts and materials we never would have thought of. We bought our MCM home because we appreciate the style of architecture and design from that period, but the home's layout just didn't work well for our lifestyle. Rodrigo respected the original design and our intent on maintaining its integrity as much as possible, while suggesting some renovations inside to make better use of the space, giving us more storage space and ample kitchen and bathroom areas. His team has full knowledge of the city's zoning and permitting process and worked alongside the contractor to ensure everything was on schedule, within budget, and to our satisfaction. We love our "new" home!

If you want an “awe” moment, hire this architectural studio! As a realtor for many years in the Sunshine State, I can confidently say that their projects are one of a kind. You can definitely “feel” that you are in a space with a unique vibe. It must be the multicultural background of the architects in the firm, together with the knowledge, that gives the projects they design a unique personality. You know when they say, “A real architect must know how to draw free hand and not only with a computer”? Well, I saw this studio with my eyes drawing in front of a client, pure art. I worked with Rodrigo two years ago to remodel my condo in Sunny Isles, Beach, Florida. He came in in the middle of the project and we’re very glad that he did. He found problems with the architectural design and helped me make a beautiful home. He is very detail oriented and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him for anyone who wants to do any kind of remodeling or interior design.

Hi Irene, we’re sorry you feel that the service you received was not at the price point you’re comfortable with. We are consistently transparent about the cost of our design services, materials and contractors, and strive to provide great service and full packages for every client. Out of respect for your privacy and the confidentiality of your project, we won’t discuss the details of your specific property, but it is unfair to write this sort of review without including any context to the specifics of this project you suddenly appear to be so unhappy with.

The contract you signed with us clearly disclosed any and all fees and deliverables associated with your project, fees which we greatly reduced in order to be of service for you and guide you through the process of identifying which areas of your property were not in compliance and the various permits that would be needed to begin construction and bring the property up to code.

We delivered for you a full design package that any contractor will be able to use to provide the information for the necessary permits and begin construction on your project, and we delivered this for you at a much-reduced price than the initial contract. We took a hit to our fees because we could see you needed expert guidance in navigating the permitting and construction process, and we want to be helpful. In the six plus months we worked together, in our frequent discussions and communications, you never expressed at any time that you were uncomfortable with the cost of design services proposed.

If anything, we feel there was a lack of transparency from you, in that you were not forthcoming with your actual budget and comfortability with the real costs of the project. Our goal is to build a trusting relationship with each and every client so we can deliver exceptional service and create a product together that you are happy with. We are always here and available for you to discuss any aspect of your project, and make recommendations that get you to a final product you’re happy with!

After recently purchasing my home in Miami Shores, I needed some help remodeling the shared spaces. Rodrigo provided a great design to open up the space and make it more functional. This included creating a large opening between the living and dining room spaces and moving entry ways to the opposite side of these areas to create a perfect flow between the spaces. The ending results was amazing and looked as if it was always intended to be this way. The quality of the work was impeccable. Rodrigo and his partner were on site regularly to review the work and ensure it was up to their standards. Rodrigo is professional and personable; I would highly recommend this team. In fact, I plan to use them for my kitchen remodel.

Studio Rodrigo helped us with our major kitchen remodel (which became a new kitchen, living, office and entryway). Rodrigo took the time to understand what we wanted from the space and the limitations of our current space. He also asked us lots of questions about how we use it. And then he came up with an amazing, simple and functional design. His idea seemed so obvious once he showed it, but no other contractor had come up with anything close. We loved what he created on paper and now in person. He also was a huge help with managing our contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc, ensuring they all understood the design and how to execute. And he did this all remotely (we are in Minnesota). Our living space is so much more livable. We highly recommend Rodrigo to anyone contemplating a remodel.
