David is an amazing designer, and very easy to work with! He made the whole design process very accessible, taking the time to learn about our tastes and preferences, and then providing us with a shortlist of high-quality options to choose from for various pieces. On top of that, he added a lot of personal touches that are very special, and which we were not even expecting. David is very responsive, extremely professional and gives great advice. We definitely recommend David and would work with him again!

I absolutely loved working with David. Hiring Studio DLG was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The process was very easy and enjoyable as he is so adept at tailoring the design to your tastes while also guiding you to make choices that are slightly out of your comfort zone, but perfect. My apartment is now so beautiful and the space is so much more functional. Everyone who visits comments that it looks like it belongs in a magazine. Everything, from the lighting to the art, came out perfectly. The installation was very low-stress as he handled everything.

I highly recommend Studio DLG as I had an excellent experience working with David. Most importantly, the outcome of his work was top notch. I did not start the project with strong ideas as to what I was looking for, but through a thorough, organized and patient design process David developed and refined a plan which turned out to be just what I wanted. Every day I enjoy the home he helped design, and compliments from visitors are exuberant. Equally important, working with David was a pleasure throughout the project. He seeks input and guides the design process gently, working together to reach decisions. He takes full ownership of implementation, making sure that everything is made and installed as it should be. When the inevitable issues arose he quickly handled them without delay. His team of craftspeople, movers and installers were all excellent and they also took pride in their work. In conclusion, David does great work, and does it in a very professional way. I would use him and and recommend him highly.

David gave me the greatest gift I could imagine. It had a been long time since I had a home of my own and I had no idea how to convey what was in my head. David listened and was able to not only create something that was in alignment with my vision, he seamlessly co- created a safe haven for me, that is than beyond what I ever could have imagined. He took my thoughts and wishes and made them into a reality, while simultaneously injecting his originality and creativity to create a sanctuary. It is so nice that I can't leave my new home! My vision was also not standard as I wanted to create a recording studio in my living space and have the space be both comfortably and functional.. David manged to take a seemingly standard small new York living room and turn it into an artist's haven, while cleanly dividing the areas of separation between work and relaxation. As the process unfolded in front of me, David was constantly tweaking and adjusting in order to create something perfect! I am immensely grateful to David for his insight, talent. ability and kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

He always follows up when he says he will and does a great job with the designs as well as managing every step of the project. I've engaged David for two projects over the past 4 years--he is an excellent designer, and I wholeheartedly recommend him. On the design side, he is knowledgeable and has excellent taste. The ideas he brought to the table not only aligned with what I was looking for, but managed to be truly interesting and unique. In several situations, we wound up taking paths that I didn't even realize were possible...much less would I have had any idea how to execute. Additionally, there have been items that weren't on my radar where he made strong recommendations that paid off beautifully...resulting in a space that was more interesting, cozy, and cohesive. Notably, he is excellent on the business side as well. He communicates well, is responsive, and follows up with vendors when/if issues arise with products/services. And he does not try to upsell--many times I've pushed to change or upgrade an item, and he actually "reeled me in" from spending money unnecessarily, focusing me instead on high-impact/high-value changes. Finally, on a personal level he's a pleasure to interact with. I'd hire him again--or recommend him--without hesitation.

My experience with David and Studio DLG was amazing from start to finish. David designed all the interiors for my home. I was impressed by his professionalism from our first conversation. David listened to all my ideas, needs and concerns. The project felt collaborative as David communicated every choice throughout the process and did not stop until I was satisfied with the result. Working with Studio DLG was an amazing experience. I don’t have much vision when it comes to interior design, but I had a vague idea of what I wanted my apartment to be. David took the time to discuss my wants/needs for the apartment and the aesthetic I was looking for. With that information he expertly created a home I love. I really appreciated that David included me in the design process. He would send me multiple options for each piece and I was able to choose what I liked, but regardless of what option I picked they all would have gone together seamlessly. David’s attention to detail, responsiveness, creative outlook and wonderful style made him an absolute pleasure to work with. We are delighted with the outcome of our three season room and kitchen. David, took our input and produced a superb product that was within our budget. He has a gift, being able to visualize the final result using size, shape, color and appropriate proportions. David was easy to work with. We would use David again and highly recommend him!
