Superb! My experience with Studio BRiNER was an absolute delight from start to finish. My renovation project concerned a Grade II listed property in central Canterbury and involved a multi-stage complete rejuvenation of the interior touching on virtually all aspects of the house from the flooring, pipework, heating, drains, wiring, lighting to the bathrooms and kitchen, as well as the repositioning of doors and windows pursuant to planning requirements. Studio BRiNER, and in particular Chris, have been incredibly professional throughout, always acting in my best interests when liaising with planning officers or the contractors. Chris is an outstanding architect with a very thoughtful approach to solving all aspects of architectural issues that surfaced throughout the renovation project. I found his solutions to be practical, sensible and cost-effective, always keeping an eye out on the project-timeline, my budget and applicable building regulations. I couldn't have asked for more and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I am very grateful for their support and help throughout this long renovation project.

The staff at studio Briner are friendly and professional. They offered advise and assisted in making important decisions for the conversion of our garage into a much needed downstairs toilet and additional living space. They were prompt in producing the drawings and I would highly recommend this company.

Paul designed a house small extension for us and we really liked his thoughtful approach. He listened to and discussed our requirements and came up with a great layout to efficiently use the limited space in a very practical manner. I was given realistic explanations of what to expect and then within weeks my dreams became reality. Great quality drawings, I am no architect but I was able to visualize the rooms and the layout easily. Now we have a an amazing home that works for our family.
