Steve and his team completed a sunroom renovation for us, and we highly recommend them. Their skill is of the highest quality - we are thrilled with the final result - and the whole project went smoothly and with the greatest attention to detail. They listened well to our desires but also used their expertise and creativity to figure out what worked best for our space. Steve and his team are professional, skilled, considerate, hard working, and always on time. The project was completed in a very timely manner and under budget. I hope we can use Monarch Construction again in the future, and I recommend them without reservation!

The entire crew at Monarch Construction was wonderful to work with. They were always there when they said they were going to be and kept my job on a tight production schedule. They demonstrate an incredible attention to detail and the ability to anticipate issues. They totally gutted my 100 year old + house after it received hurricane damage and even doubled it's size. We ran into every issue you could probably imagine.

I have worked on many projects with Steve and his crew and would highly recommend them for any renovation/addition project small or large. Professional? Check! Knowledgable? Check! Dependable? Check! Respectful and courteous? Check! Monarch is a solid crew of craftsmen and and utilizes professional subs who deliver exceptional workmanship and timely completion of their tasks. I am a general contractor and I have worked with Monarch Construction for about 4 years, and I would be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable, professional, and flexible construction company. Loads of experience with a can do attitude!

Steve Struder and crew constructed a deck over an old, existing brick patio. The job was completed in a timely manner and Steve was on top of the project from start to finish. We would not hesitate to use Steve and his crew for our future projects and appreciated his knowledge and suggestions.

Monarch construction has down several home renovations for me ranging from general deferred maintenance items all the way to a full home remodel and I couldn't be more impressed with their business. Steve is extremely organized, communicates efficiently and very budget oriented. His cast experience in the industry allows him to creatively find solutions for your project to delivery a premium product within your budget. All of his subs and employees are highly skilled and professional.

I have used monarch for a number of jobs over the last 25 years I own rental property that we have had Monarch do everything from repair to remodel. When adding a large addition to my personal residence, Monarch was the only contractor I called. Steve Struder is a stickler for detail and quality construction. My only complaint, he's getting hard to get as others use his company!

Our project was a major interior renovation encompassing the entire house and many facets of construction over a period of five months. Steve Struder and his team did excellent high quality work and finished on time and within budget. Steve's vision and management skills (including management of sub-contractors) were critical to the success of the project. We are thrilled with the final result and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I would recommend Steve Struder and Monarch Constuction without hesitation! The are hard working, on time, thorough and they do excellent work. Steve is very organized and is a great communicator. They can build anything! I highly recommend them!

Monarch is the best secret in Richmond, Virginia. They have renovated SEVERAL properties more me even my personal home of late. I could not be happier. They deliver on budgets, timelines, quality, professionalism and putting the client first! Their attention to detail and pride in their work is absolutely Stunning! We would never use anyone else! Period!
