Worst home builder I have ever dealt with. We bought a home through them in June of 2016 and have had nothing but problems here are a few. The dishwasher when we moved in flooded numerous times, none of the doors in the house were squared up still aren't (after being fixed) bowed walls, sheet rock falling off the ceiling, leaking foundation, stucco falling off the house, sub floors that weren't nailed down, bad paint, live electrical wires hanging and exposed, numerous lies from the builder, leaking rain gutters, tile that looks like a 3 year old did it, granite that had to be replaced 3 times, and the list goes on i would not recommend this builder to anyone. And be aware they will lie and lie to make the homes sound like they are better than they are if I could go back I never would have bought a home from stonepeak. Biggest mistake of my life!

An amazing company that built our dream home in Farmington, UT. Kirt and all his sub contractors were respectful and responsive to any concerns, changes or ideas that we had through out the building process. We loved how he was readily available to discuss our building schedule and answer all our questions. We moved to Utah from California and originally started building our with another large builder in the area. The other builder didn't follow the blueprints we signed and couldn't answer our questions about what our yard will be like, we got our money back and have been very happy living in our home. My husband and I loved that he uses a construction program that keeps track of our choices, questions, answers and budgets. We would build again with Stone Peak Custom Homes in a heartbeat!!!
