I worked with Raul at Stone Interiors to purchase new Silestone quartz countertops for my kitchen and mudroom. He was very attentive, with excellent attention to detail and available at all times. The installation was flawless. Everyone that I worked with from this company was friendly and professional. Even after all work was completed and the balance due was paid, Raul followed up to confirm that I was happy with the job. I highly recommend Raul at Stone Interiors, Loxley, AL.

Do not use "Stone Interiors" out of Loxley, Alabama. Bought through Lowes as a kitchen remodel with new Cabinets. Still have Quartz countertops with scratches even after a total replacement. The company was unprofessional in their suggestions to the problems, their lack of responsiveness, unanswered calls, and unwillingness to take responsible for the defects of the stone, cutting and quality assurance before the install. The first installation had massive scratches throughout the Quartz countertops. The seams were not aligned with the raised bar, they caulked everything to hide their mistakes which were evident. Sent workers to buff out scratches with magic eraser and denatured alcolhol - unbelievable. Then they send representatives and said they would buff out with electrical buffers - scheduled and never showed up. Then we finally get a resolution from the owner for a full replacment. He said to call him from here on out. Well that didn't take place - it got put back on the hands of a project manager again. The second installation was better with the single cut of the raised bar instead of it being split (should of never been split). Still have scratches and they claim that this is normal. If this was normal why did they replace the original Quartz.

I initially ordered a countertop through Lowes. Whereas I was not there, my husband shared the installers were friendly, professional and neat. When I saw the photos, I saw they'd put white caulk around the seams. I sent an email, and to this very day, no response. I called, and whoever answered was going to call me back. That never happened. Next, I reached out to the sales agent who put a "rush" on an island countertop and "matching caulk." Months in, and four weeks after that, today I learn there was no scheduled installation, the island stone was scratched, and they DO NOT use matching caulk. No answers ... no installation dates ... just a run around and an offer to refund money with a job half done. Someone should step back, lead with intention and figure out why everyone provides nothing short of horrific service while the customer is at their mercy because you need to finish a job they would prefer to give a refund for rather than own, correct and ensure doesn't continue to be their pattern of behavior.

I do not recommend using this company: unfortunately going through Home Depot I did not have a choice. After the countertop was installed my stove does not fit. I have to buy a new stove now and even then I can’t do that until they remove a piece they installed that is preventing a stove/oven from going all the way to the wall. For days they have scheduled to come out and remove the piece, but continuously they just don’t show up. I have to hire a new contractor to come fix what they’ve done.

They installed a granite countertop in our kitchen. The seam placements were not good or as laid out during the design review. Regardless of who’s right or wrong on the seams, the following morning 2 of the seams broke apart completely! I believe this was caused by improper leveling and subsequent stress. As of today’s date 11.4.19 the top has still not been corrected!

We chose Stone Interiors for their excellent inventory. Rosie helped us select the stone and the installation crew was prompt and meticulous.

Steer clear of this company!!! Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. Their workers were unprofessional in every regard. They were disrespectful to my home, they did not clean up their work area when they were "through". I was so excited to have my new $7000 countertops installed and this company made me wish I had just lied with the old ones. Unfortunately for those of us who live in Pensacola they are the contractor for Lowes, so save yourself a LOT of grief and pay the difference at Home Depot (but check first to be sure they don't use this company).

We bought our counter tops from Lowe’s and they used Stone Interiors to fabricate and install, and they were so friendly and professional through the whole process from start to finish. And the follow up even after the job was finished was impressive. I would highly recommend Stone Interiors to do your next counter top installation.

Working with Stone Interiors was a professional pleasure from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with was always on time, helpful, and professional. They did an amazing job installing our quartz counter tops and we couldn't be happier with the job they did!

Very fast and efficient the only thing I didn't understand is why they didn't install the dishwasher to the countertop like it said originally. Although it wasn't that big of a deal it only took me about five or 10 minutes to do it myself.

Very professional staff. Top quality products. Lots of product options and good advice. Loved the computerized laser measurements for my kitchen counter tops, perfect fit.

Good first interactions, good face to face meetings. The installation went well until I tried to put the stove in place. It would not fit as the stove face flange was not taken into account (the stove was onsite during the measurement phase) and the installer did not properly account for the stove depth. The initial installer had doubled a brace for a piece of stone behind the stove. This doubled brace would not allow the stove to fully seat in place. One major seam on the largest section of stone is overly visible and the bonding mixture was not matched properly and/or the gas was too wide when installed.

Deborah Wright at Stone Interiors is a seasoned, talented designer - first rate all the way. I've worked with her on other projects but this time it was for me personally. She knew how important the details were to me, so she took the extra time and energy to make sure every possible detail was covered. She knows how one thing affects another, affects another - and how to keep you from making design and layout errors. On the other projects that weren't so personal, she knew that I didn't have to know every single detail and she just took care of them behind the scenes. She works according to your preferred style. Willie made sure I had access and locations to stone yards in 3 states to pick the stone for my counters and was available to answer questions. The only thing that would have made it 5 stars is if the cabinet selections had been greater. They carry 3 name brands and I like LOTS of choices and am very picky. If you aren't that picky, you should find something that would make you happy.

After struggling with two bathroom remodeling projects we turned to Stone Interiors. We spent just a couple of hours with one of the staff members and left completely satisfied we had made the right decision. In just a few days our project was off the ground a moving forward. The knowledge the sales team has is seconnd to none. Everyone from the tile to granite craft were first class. Project is not complete yet so I don't photos at this. In the future Stone will be my first choice for any projects involving stone. Great Experience!!!

Fantastic Service! Everybody there went to great efforts to make sure I got the granite piece I wanted. The measure and install was flawless and reasonable in price. I would highly recommend everyone to use Stone Interiors.

The process of remodeling if froth with uncertainty, and decision making. My salesman was helpful, the workers at the location all did a great job in pulling stone after stone until I made up my mind. The installer were awesome. Overall, Stone Interiors would be my choice again and again. Thanks one and all.

Work was performed on time and was of excellent quality! Love our new countertops! We went with quartz which turned out beautiful!

The plumber stated that the hole cut for the sink could have been a little tighter to allow more lip for the sink installation. The crew that installed the countertop exhibited great professionalism and did a good job, and the follow-up on job satisfaction has been great.

We have had a wonderful experience with Stone Interiors. They have an amazing selection and professional, experienced staff for every stage of the process--selecting a slab, measuring the job, installing, etc. Our kitchen was not a huge job, but they still gave us the attention and time that they would to a big customer. They get my highest recommendation!
