My tile sample was gray and not warped. My received order was green/brown and warped. Obviously not the color I ordered and was defective. After ignoring my five refund requests, James became nasty, begrudgingly refunded my order, and told me to get lost, as follows: ”The fact that the company refused your refund but we are willing to take, is something that you should be grateful for. Believe me when I say I would be very happy to give you the refund and wish you luck on finding what you desire elsewhere.” FYI. See photo example of what warped tile looks like after installation.
