Competitive pricing, great customer service, and quick turnaround. This is our second time using Stone Design Center for our granite & quartz needs throughout our homes.

We contacted Stone Design Center at the recommendation of a friend however were extremely disappointed. After completing measurements for our remodeled kitchen counter tops this company came out to install. I was told when the measurements were taken that my quartz counter tops would require 1 seam however this was not what I found after completion. A seam was placed directly in the middle of my cook top. Not to mention that the seams were not color matched and presenting as a white appearance against the dark gray tops. I questioned why this required more than one seam which is what I was promised and Silvio, the owner/manager gave me multiple explanations that did not match what took place during the process. They made two attempts to come out and repair the seams which did no good. Silvio eventually told me that in order to only get 1 seam another piece of quartz would need to be ordered and at my expense. HE made the decision not to order a second piece when we started this process in order to save me money, this was not discussed with us because HE "felt if it meant saving people money it would be okay to have the seams." I was told by the fabricator he sent out the most recent time that he made Silvio aware of this when he was laying out the template but was told no no that would be to much money. Thank you Silvio for knowing what I did not want and now wanting to charge me more than you quoted to do the job that you promised. My decision to ultimately hire you was based on your quote for the job that I expected. I am sorry if I feel like when you take shortcuts you should pay for those corrections. Failure on your part to communicate with me that another slab needed to be ordered is not my fault. Your own employees admitted to me that this should have not been seamed where it was and the only solution was a new slab ordered. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend that you choose someone else to purchase your stone from because you may or may not get the end product that you expect.
