It is such a pleasure working with Stitch! I love that I can take my vision to Rachael and she can advise on the technical aspects and details, and bring that vision to life. The result is always stunning and made to perfection!

Rachel is a pleasure to work with and I know I can lean on her expertise to achieve whatever customer window treatment we are after. I am the senior designer for a firm in Los Angeles. I have a great project I have been working on in San Francisco. Not having any contacts in the Bay area, I started my search for the perfect window treatments on Houzz, as I have been a long-standing member. I ran across the listing for Stitch, read all the reviews and did a little cross referencing with Yelp and put Stitch in the 'Yes' pile of vendors to discuss the project with. Being in a different city, it was imperative I find the perfect vendors to work with. From the first conversation to the last and every step of the way, Rachael, owner of Stitch has been so perfectly wonderful to work with. Her taste level is exquisite. Her work ethic, superb. Rachael and her amazing crew have gone the extra mile for me and my project. She has been an amazing source of other vendors as well. Everyone that I have worked with from Rachael's referrals have worked with her for seven, ten, twelve years. She has made quite a name for herself in the design community. We have done some beautiful work together. I look forward to the next time I get to work with Rachael. She might cost a little more, but she is hands down worth it and then some. I am extremely happy with the roman blinds Stitch have made and installed; the quality of the sewing and the attention to detail is excellent. Rachael is a fabric maven - passionate about fabrics, experienced in how best to use different materials and happy to share her knowledge. Very professional.

I decided on working with Stitch for our new place after meeting with a few other businesses. Truthfully, I did not want to spend a fortune on window coverings, but I have bought them for previous houses in the past, and absolutely hated what we got... Cheap stuff that broke and just looked wrong--shades that stuck out of the window so much that it looked like a garage door.. mounted on a front door, or things that looked old fashioned and dragged the whole look down. I was struck by three things at Stitch: First, their ability to make stuff (they actually make the product, instead of just ordering it from factories). Second, they showed me with just a few examples that there IS a difference in workmanship and materials between custom and pre-bought, and they can put strings where we want them! (instead of some pre-ordered factory standard that looks terrible). And last but certainly not least, their taste! The recommendations that they made were so much more interesting and unique...As I mentioned previously, price was a factor in my project, but I can honestly say they are worth the cost! The rooms they did turned out incredible. They definitely get my vote...for the rest of the house!!

We recently completed a major remodel and needed new window treatments for several rooms. We decided to re-use some Roman shades purchased through a shade store in our office. We met with a local company, Stitch and really enjoyed hearing the recommendations they had for our new rooms and decided to move forward with them. After our new shades from Stitch were installed in our living and dining rooms, the difference in the quality of how they looked, how they were made, and how they worked was amazing! We had no idea there was such a difference in quality available. Of course it's dangerous cause now we are spoiled…we decided that we need Stitch for the rest of our window coverings ... Rachael and team worked with us seamlessly ( ;) to create a beautiful ambiance in our home via custom, puddling, three-pleated sheers and antiqued bronze hardware. I was looking for a custom fabric upholstered headboard in a unique shape. I love what Rachael at Stitch Custom Furnishings helped me realize. The shape is really cool and the fabric selected has the Moroccan feel I was going for. Couldn't be happier. The quality is there and I love how it looks in my bedroom.
