My co-op building engaged Steve to do landscaping and restoration of slate planters, which was a complex and challenging project considering the age/condition of the planters and the need to remove a few trees. I first hired Steve Griggs several years ago upon moving in to a new house on a bare lot. Steve transformed our property, from the trees and plantings to landscape lighting and huge stone steps! Steve Griggs was recommended by a landscape designer in Orange County, so I decided to try him for the landscape design of a 5900 sf "spec" house that we are building in Westchester and will put on the market shortly. I liked his design, paid him, and decided to hire him to install it. He did a rather complex job in two days, at a price that was quite competitive. The results are spectacular. It's impossible to go by the new house and not smile with delight. And of course, that's how we want all our prospective buyers to begin their tour of the property!
